Welcome to Introduction to Culinary Arts. This class will give you an insight on the Culinary Arts career field as well as basic understanding of cooking principles, basic sanitation for food service, measurements and understanding recipes and hospitality management.

If filled out correctly, this form if submitted will gain you a few extra points on labs. Use the Excel version to type in or use the pdf version if you do not have Excel.

This is the form that MUST be included with EVERY lab that is done, along with the Standard Recipe and Reference Recipe. Please make sure it is filled out completely. The doc file can be filled in and saved. The pdf file can only be printed.
